Dr. David Shabluk, DDS
Dr. David Shabluk graduated from University of Michigan Dental School in 1994 and is a member of the ADA, MDA and the West Michigan Dental Society. He has been practicing dentistry in Coopersville since 1996.
Dr. Marrielle May, DDS
Dr. May graduated from the University of Michigan Dental School in 2020. There, she also completed her General Practice Residency in July of 2021. Dr. May joined our practice in October of 2021. She is a member of the MDA, ADA, AGD and MDDS.
Dr. Shabluk and Dr. May believe that the best care is delivered when the patient is put first. If that means working through lunch or staying late, Dr. Shabluk and Dr. May will do it. Their patients are the number one priority, and they will do all they can to ensure you have the best dental experience possible.

Hygienists
Brenda
Brenda graduated from Ferris State University's Dental Hygiene Program in 1994. She has worked as a Registered Dental Hygienist with our team since 2002. She is certified in administering anesthetic.
Beth
Beth graduated from Grand Rapids Community College's Dental Hygiene Program in 1990. She has been a Registered Dental Hygienist with us since 2002. She has 30+ years’ experience in periodontics and is also certified in administering anesthetic.
Jessica
Jessica graduated from Grand Rapids Community College's Dental Hygiene Program in 2009 and spent 5 years as a dental assistant before that. She has been a Registered Dental Hygienist for our team since 2014. She is also certified in administering anesthetic.
Kaley
Kaley has been in the dental field since 2016 when she graduated from Ferris State University's Dental Hygiene Program. She has been with us as a Registered Dental Hygienist since that time. She has also spent time as a dental assistant for our practice during her years here. She is certified in administering anesthetic. Kaley also serves as our Social Media guru; keeping our Facebook and Instagram pages up to date, fun, and informative.
Denise
Denise has been in the dental field for 18 years; graduating from Grand Rapids Community College with her Register Dental Hygiene degree. Denise started working our Fridays hours in February 2025.
Front Office
Marsha
Marsha has been with the practice since 2002, starting off as a Business Coordinator and then transitioning to Office Manager role from 2014 until February 2025. Currently she is enjoying her new position as a part time supporting Business Coordinator.
Katie
Katie started in the dental field when she joined us in November of 2018. For 3 years she was a dental assistant for Dr. Shabluk and then transitioned to our Business Coordinator starting in 2020.
Nikki
Nikki is one of our full time Business Coordinators and has been with the practice since November of 2024. Before joining the dental field she was employed in the optical field for many years.
Ginger
Ginger has been in the dental field since 2008 as a dental assistant as well as administrative roles. She has been with our practice since 2015 in full time Business Coordinator and Insurance Specialist positions. In February 2025 she transitioned into the Office Manager position.
Dental Assistants
Makennah
Makennah joined our team in May of 2021. She graduated from Ross Medical Education Center as a Dental Assistant in 2017 and has been in general dentistry ever since.
Carmen
Carmen has been a Registered Dental Assistant since 1994, graduating from Grand Rapids Community College Dental Assisting School. Most of her assisting years were in general dentistry, but has also assisted in orthodontics and sedation dentistry. Carmen joined our team in October of 2021.
Mikayla
Mikayla graduated from Ross Medical Education Center in 2018. She has assisted in both general dentistry as well as endodontic dentistry. Mikayla joined our team in April of 2022.
